La Vida Felicidad, Inc. believes that training is an important and pivotal business function that provides staff with the necessary tools to perform their duties and contributes to the success of providing quality services.
The agency supports training by providing training facilities, training staff (professional and administrative), training materials, video library, free training open to community, accessibility with a variety of dates and times and offers some training in Spanish or provides interpreters as needed.
La Vida Felicidad’s training department offers more than sixty-five (65) classes internally and partners with other agencies to provide additional LTSD mandatory trainings. We currently have three on-site certified trainers and more than 20 additional trainers available to us as needed.
